Easy check in and check out. Nice relaxing SPA - the hotel provides bathrobe and slippers. Room spacious and clean. Breakfast is fine - but probably for rather Italian customers that do not fancy extended continental breakfast. Restaurant was very good: we dined there every evening! Tuna tartare was my absolute favorite and totally recommended- while desserts were disappointing. At close distance from the airport.

Close to the airport but in the middle of nowhere. Requires a car or taxi each time. Many restaurants around. Missing an area for working; all are private rooms. Breakfast and spa are amazing :)

Amazing dinner, there is a nice restaurant in the hotel with a really tasty and good quality dinner. Shuttle to the airport is really nice feature, for only 5€ you can get directly till the airport and flexible with early flights. Also express checkout is going quite well.

The hotel was amazing. It was so clean and tidy and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was so elegant and well mannered, perfect meal. My wife and I used the spa twice during a weekend stay, both times was unbelievable. We stayed in a suite in room 302. It was the most amazing room I have stayed It, with a great hot tub in the room. This hotel is perfect and exceptional value for what is on offer. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean. Really clean. Bed excellent. Room excellent. The Reservation was paid using booking. However they ask for credit card to charge more than 50 euros for extra deposit. . Yes they said was to be refunded. It pass 4 days and I do not see the refund in my credit card. Hopefully they do. Because I am back to USA. I did my best to leave room clean and complete. I hope they return my money. Thanks The shuttle to airport service is great

Great hotel to stay after a late flight into Bergamo airport. Clean, stylish with comfortable spacious rooms. We didn’t eat dinner but had a nightcap and the little bar was nice with a friendly barman. Breakfast was included and there was a huge choice with views from the rooftop. Staff were nice and the shuttle bus in the morning to the airport for €5 was great. We’d return!

IT ALL WENT WELL FROM CHECK-IN TO DEPARTURE The hotel receptionist was friendly and efficient at both check-in and departure. My room was well equipped, even with a lighting menu! I had a room service meal which arrived quickly so was still hot and it was very nicely presented. The breakfast buffet had many choices and all staff encountered were friendly and helpful.

It's not far from the airport, less than 10 minutes by car (a taxi from the airport was 20€). Nice and clean room. Great restaurant, really tasty food. Great staff, always smiling and willing to help.

We missed our flight and had to choose a hotel last minute. Airport hotels usually have very small rooms but since we were so stressed already I decided to look for a place with spacious rooms so we could relax a little bit. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very attentive and the shower was great!!! I didn't have the chance to use the pool and spa since I had to leave the next morning but it was definitely the right choice to choose this hotel. The breakfast was really really good in a spacious hall. It had variety and the staff was very attentive. They even made me a soya cappuccino since I can't drink milk. The menu on the room service was not too over priced and I think the kit hen works till 22:30 or 23:00.
