The hotel was amazing. It was so clean and tidy and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was so elegant and well mannered, perfect meal. My wife and I used the spa twice during a weekend stay, both times was unbelievable. We stayed in a suite in room 302. It was the most amazing room I have stayed It, with a great hot tub in the room. This hotel is perfect and exceptional value for what is on offer. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean. Really clean. Bed excellent. Room excellent. The Reservation was paid using booking. However they ask for credit card to charge more than 50 euros for extra deposit. . Yes they said was to be refunded. It pass 4 days and I do not see the refund in my credit card. Hopefully they do. Because I am back to USA. I did my best to leave room clean and complete. I hope they return my money. Thanks The shuttle to airport service is great

Easy check in and check out. Nice relaxing SPA - the hotel provides bathrobe and slippers. Room spacious and clean. Breakfast is fine - but probably for rather Italian customers that do not fancy extended continental breakfast. Restaurant was very good: we dined there every evening! Tuna tartare was my absolute favorite and totally recommended- while desserts were disappointing. At close distance from the airport.

I only stayed one night before an early flight from Bergamo airport - it is a great place for that purpose, though it would also be good for people with cars who want to explore the area. I had a clean, but basic room - you don't really expect anything more in an airport hotel. The lobby and bar area was really nice and the staff, great (especially the guy in the bar.) The airport shuttle worked out fine too.

We didn’t eat dinner but had a nightcap and the little bar was nice with a friendly barman. Breakfast was included and there was a huge choice with views from the rooftop. Staff were nice and the shuttle bus in the morning to the airport for €5 was great. We’d return!
